By Ruby WorldWhile supporting girls in music is very cool, we can't neglect those boys in the biz that we find so cute and talented. To show our love, and admit our secret infatuation, Zone Tones will be featuring a new boy band in our new Crush Of The Month feature.

By Ruby WorldThis month's Crush is pop star, Gregori. Originally from France, the 22-year old singer moved to LA to pursue his dream of becoming a music sensation. He has appeared at some of the cooler venues, like The Whiskey in LA, performing with a big band behind him. His shows and music have plenty of flair and good vibes. We were lucky enough to chat with Gregori about his music and what makes him blush. Read on to check out what he thinks about American girls and more!

By Ruby WorldYou moved to Los Angeles from France. Which do you prefer, American or French girls?

By Ruby WorldAmerican girls rock! I find them to be more easy-going, free-spirited and independent than French girls. French girls can get overly dramatic when they're in love!!

By Ruby WorldWhen did you realize you wanted to be a singer? Do you ever sing in the shower?

By Ruby WorldI wanted to be a singer for as far as I can remember. Music has always been the most important thing in my life, and there's always a song playing in my head. So yeah, I sing or whistle 24/7 -- including in the shower. My neighbors must be planning on having me committed somewhere!

By Ruby WorldWhat are your stage performances like? Do you dance onstage?

By Ruby WorldI like to do big shows, with lots of visual stuff. I wouldn't be happy if it were just me and a guitar on stage. I like big productions (I think *nsync's shows are amazing), I like to take the audience on a journey.

By Ruby WorldWhat is your new single Blush about?

By Ruby WorldBlush is about the way you feel when you love for the first time. You've got all these mixed emotions, and you don't really know how to handle them, and you're unsure about how to go about them. You know?, when you've never kissed anyone before, and even though you wanna do it, you're scared at the same time because you don't know if you're gonna suck at it or not.

By Ruby WorldI think it is quite a magical time in a person's life, especially because when it happens for the first time. Your heart has never been broken and your experience hasn't been tainted by heartaches and stuff -- yet. So, when I wrote this song, I tried to remember what it felt like the very first time and to go back to that innocence. I think the song takes you on a roller-coaster ride, which is exactly what happens when you fall in love.

By Ruby WorldWhen you write love songs, are they about real girlfriends, or do you think about a dream girl?

By Ruby WorldWhen it's a positive song, I think about my dream girl. If I had found her, I wouldn't be single today!!

By Ruby WorldWhat sign are you?

By Ruby WorldI am Pisces (and my rising sign is Pisces too). Which means that I am a big time dreamer, and very sensitive (I'm a cry baby!)

By Ruby WorldWhat albums have you released?

By Ruby WorldI've recorded eight songs so far, and they can be found on two different CDs. You can check them out here under Gregori.

By Ruby WorldWhat do you think of women in music?

By Ruby WorldThere are a lot of female singers that I like. I like that today's women are sensitive, strong and independent at the same time. I really like what Britney Spears is doing. She's a great model for young girls everywhere, and she doesn't have to strip for people to notice her. I also really like her voice. I can't say I like big voices because, generally, these singers are overpowered by their instrument, and to me, it just sounds like they're screaming. Someone like Britney can convey a lot of emotions when she sings and she plays with her voice a lot.

By Ruby WorldAny final words to Girl Zone readers?

By Ruby WorldI love hearing from people who like my music. Though it may take me a while to answer all the e-mails I get, I always do. You can e-mail me here.
