Seven Minute Workout

So – are you one of those girls that say they do not have enough time to exercise?   Are you too busy with school, after school clubs, a job, social life?   Even if you are in school sports or do other exercise, you should check out this Seven Minute Workout.   The  American College of Sports Medicine Health & Fitness Journal reported on this workout that is designed to optimize your exercise time.  It combines high-intensity exercises with resting time and its based on science so we know it is safe and works.

The Seven Minute Workout includes 12 exercises with 10-second rest times in between.  It is designed to work most of the body’s muscles in a very specific order.   So follow our instructions carefully for best results!

The exercises should be performed in rapid succession, allowing about 30 seconds for each.

 Stick to it even if it feels too hard!  Each week it should get easier and your body will look and feel great.  Give it a try and tell us what you think!
