Good for you. You understand that friends aren't slaves or masters. You treat your friends with consideration and help them to be the best people they can be. Maybe you even realize that having friends who constantly put you down is NOT better than having no friends at all. You have achieved a pretty good balance between being there when you can for your friends and understanding that your friends have needs too and can't always put you first. You are a good friend to have, because you are friends with people that you honestly like and feel comfortable around. People can believe what you say and know that you won't drop them if they show you their bad or unsure side. Good work. Keep being honest. Keep being true.
