Far Out!
You are a card-carrying Outie - and you let people know about it! People notice
you, and you are well-known for being talkative, fun, and friendly. Outies are
an important group of people, since they know how to accomplish any task,
overcome personal fears or worries, and create a feeling of teamwork among
everyone. Be on your guard, though. Sometimes being a "people person"
has its drawbacks, like worrying too much what others think about you, or
letting the crowd decide things for you. Remember, you are as cool by yourself
as you are with the gang!
You have all the makings for success later
in life - have you thought about being a politician, activist, teacher or actor?
To improve your Self Streak:
- Try devoting two or three hours a week to
you and you alone. Look into a new hobby, like painting, or just take a hot
bubble bath. Maybe there is a good book or movie you've been meaning to get to,
or perhaps you'd like to brush up on your totally aimless but fun daydreaming
skills. The important thing is that you use this time to learn more about
yourself.
- If you have a lot of casual friends, try
to get to know one of them a little better. Who knows - maybe that friend that
you kinda-sometimes hang out with is the best friend you'll ever have!
- Imagine what it would be like if there
were no people. What would you do? What would you miss? What would you enjoy?
- Carry around a little notebook, and every
now and then, when you'd usually be yukking it up, write down some sort of
observation. Maybe you'll make a note of what kind of gum the girl three rows
over in math is chewing, or how loud fluorescent lights really are. In any
event, it's fun to read later on what the outside world was saying to you.
