You don't need a new year or a new school year to give yourself a new chance to NOT blow all your cash. OR a new opportunity to figure out how to get the biggest bang for the buck, how to stretch your dollars, how to tuck some away for a rainy day. Trite and tired sayings, yes, but oh-so-true!
So, what are you going to do differently with YOUR money?
Here are a few sample resolutions about cold hard cash, about dough, about bread, about currency -- no matter what you call it, we all could all resolve to handle it better.
FROM NOW ON I will . . .
Save a little bit every time I get some cash so that I can put together enough to get some of the more expensive items that I never seem able to afford.
Keep better track of where my money goes so that it doesn't seem to just disappear!
Think BEFORE I buy. You know, like, bring a snack instead of always buying one, figure out how many times I will REALLY wear those funky, wild shoes before I spend all my savings on them.
Try to always have some money around for those spur of the moment outings my friends are always trying to drag me to.
Some jobs pay a lot of money and others don’t. BUT, the most important thing is to find a way to support yourself that you really enjoy. Check out Get A Job for ideas.
